Ekaki Chapter 2 Review: The Best Episode of the Series So Far

Following the mixed reaction to Ekaki Chapter 1, its second chapter, Arrival, is now available. And yes, the title hints that a new character enters the story. You’ll only find out who it is once you watch the episode. But since I’ve already seen it… let’s spill some tea!

Look, this episode is a bit longer than the previous one. Ten minutes exactly. The previous one was 36 minutes long. This one is 45 minutes long.

And I am telling the truth. I noticed one thing. I watched the first episode alone. And I found it a bit middling. Some jokes were effective, while others were not. And I watched the second episode with my brother. We both were laughing at every single joke.

So, this series is not meant to be watched alone. Means that if you watch it with friends, the ride might be more enjoyable.

Now, the jokes in this episode are better written than in Chapter 1. And the BOMB that exploded at the end, I know you must have seen the episode, but I still don’t want to give spoilers, but it was very unexpected.

When things were about to take a horror road, how did Ashish Chanchlani come up with this last twist? Only he knows, but he left such a cliffhanger that now I am ready for its third chapter, which will come on 21st December 2025.

That means there’s a long wait ahead. But I’m still excited because Ashish’s content is great. Furthermore, this episode has upped the ante.

The first 5 to 10 minutes of these guys’ discussion about ghosts.

Ashish Chanchlani’s writing deserves credit, particularly the ‘51’ joke, the washroom gag, and the Adipurush roast.

We’ve been longing to see such writing in mainstream films, and you’ve done it very cleverly.

If the last episode was a 5/10, this one was almost a 7/10 for me.

I hope the next episode is even more enjoyable. I hope for the best.

I don’t want to say more, just go watch and enjoy. You won’t regret watching this episode.

Yes, there are some VFX issues. But considering this level of free content on YouTube, we shouldn’t find fault. Full support will always be there. And yes, there are abuses; be careful with your family.

Well, that’s it. What did you think of Ekaki Chapter 2? Tell me in the comments.

I don’t follow hype. I analyze it, review it, and call it out when it’s trash.
