Bro, what a day yesterday was! Since yesterday was Sunday, I thought, why not take advantage of it, something I rarely get to do because of my 9-to-5 job? Even after coming home, I don’t get any peace because of the homework my boss gives me.

So, to make the most of my free time and relive my nostalgia, I decided to watch the movie Sholay, which was released 50 years ago and has now been re-released in theaters as Sholay: The Final Cut.

Yesterday I was feeling like WOW!

Let me quickly describe my experience of watching it in the theater.

I must have seen this movie at least ten to twenty times. I’ve watched it with my whole family, sometimes with my father, sometimes with my grandfather, and sometimes alone. But I never had the chance to see it on the big screen.

But I wanted to see if watching this cult classic movie in the theater would feel just as amazing.

And the answer is yes!

Absolutely 101% yes!

There are many reasons for that.

It’s not just a normal re-release movie

It’s remastered in 4K with Dolby 5.1 digital sound, which you normally miss when you watch it at home on your TV.

So, to be very honest, this is a classic experience. You will literally feel all the enhancements in the sound, the visuals, the background score, and all the songs.

And seeing them on the big screen, in enhanced quality, with the OG crowd, is something special.

None other than the late Mr Dharmendra Ji

He was a legend and always will be. And not only him, but also the late Sanjeev Kumar Ji, the late Asrani Ji, the late Amjad Khan Ji, and many other actors who took this movie to such heights that even today, if a new audience watches it, they will surely feel and appreciate it.
